As a business owner, what keeps you awake at night?

finding and keeping employees
having enough money to retire
safety and security of your business
finding an advisor to trust

James C. Wendlandt can help you find the solutions to each of those questions. Instead of a one size fits all approach, James Wendlandt begins the process by helping his clients create their own picture, define their goals, values and dreams. James then serves as a guide to lead his clients through the design of a specific solution that is flexible and holds his clients accountable to implement each phase of the solution.

When asked about James' relationship with his clients, he says Initially, clients do not care about the products we offer. They want to know that they can achieve their goals and dreams, their business will continue, their children and grandchildren will be provided for, and that their legacy will mean something. James spends a great deal of time in the initial meetings, focusing on creating the client's future. Once that connection is made, the client understands the value of Northwestern Mutual.
